The Livable Bridge, conceptualized for the Amsterdam Architecture Competition, "pulls" from the North and South sides of the canal in Amsterdam. It creates an undulating path that hovers over and across the water, drawing residents and visitors in. Designed to create a lively destination and meeting point on the canal, the Museum Hermitage and for itself, one of the curved spaces houses a café. Situated at the opposite side of the curve is a sheltered bicycle rack and shop positioned to face one of the bustling bicycle areas in Amsterdam.
