The design concept for this project reflects accessibility and inclusiveness, where residents of all ages can interact and be part of a larger whole - a place where the community can walk through, navigate and be inspired.

Working in collaboration with Argentine architect Ernesto Bedmar, the Club House epitomizes simple and poetic clarity. The solid stone-clad walls are juxtaposed with pre-cast perforated concrete walls that allow light to filter through, creating defined spaces which encourage occupants to explore further. The walls make references to the spaces that sit behind and beyond - and act as a backdrop within the overall scheme.
